The 5/15/500 isn't a race — there's no clock, no podium, and absolutely no Lycra requirement. It's an annual excuse for adults (and kids!) to do something hard, sweaty, and ridiculous together.
Run 5 Miles
Jog it. Shuffle it. Power-walk it. Cha-cha it. We do not care.
Bike 15 Miles
Road bike, mountain bike, beach cruiser with a basket — bring whatever rolls.
500 Floor Reps
Pushups, squats, crunches — mix and match in any combo until you hit 500.

This is not an official event of any sort. Just friends having fun. We do not know what we are doing, the roads will not be blocked off, and there will be one water station but Charlie might drink all the water and leave none for the rest of us.
